Rana Mirdawi

Rana Mirdawi is a seasoned professional in the legal field, currently serving as the Senior Coordinator of Paraprofessional Services for Corporate and Capital Markets at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP since February 2021. Rana has held various roles, including Law Clerk Coordinator for the Corporate Commercial Group at the same firm and Manager, Senior Corporate Law Clerk at PwC Law LLP from February 2019 to February 2021. Active in professional associations, Rana is a member and Chair of the Toronto Chapter for the International Practice Management Association, as well as a Director and Chair of the CLE Committee for The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
