Tasy Bacolias

Tasy Bacolias is a Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) with extensive experience in corporate and M&A law. Prior to joining BLG, Bacolias worked as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer at Robinson Sheppard Shapiro, where Tasy began as an articling student and later served as a student-at-law. Bacolias holds a J.D. Juris Doctor and LL.L. Licentiate in Civil Law from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University.
