Shawn Mason

Shawn Mason has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and organizations. Shawn began their career as the Executive Director at the International Falls Area Chamber of Commerce in 1988, where they worked until 1997. From 1997 to 2005, they served as the Executive Director at the International Falls & Rainy Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau. In 1999, Shawn joined the City of International Falls and held various roles such as City Council Member from 1999 to 2004 and Mayor from 2005 to 2012. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as the Economic Development Authority Director at the City of International Falls MN. In 2016, Shawn became the President of the International Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, a position they held until 2017. Currently, they are the SVP, Communications Director at Border Bank.
