Sayam Jain is a brand consultant and consumer insights professional with over 14 years of experience in research services across various industries. Currently serving as the Research Lead and Senior Director at Borderless Access, Sayam focuses on developing research services and managing client relationships while leading and training a team to deliver high-quality insights. Sayam's previous roles include positions at Hansa Research Group, Millward Brown, and AMRB, where they contributed to consumer insights and project management. Sayam obtained an MBA in Marketing from IBS Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Rajasthan.
