Andrew Dempsey

Andrew Dempsey is a finance professional with extensive experience in capital formation and investor relations. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Capital Formation at Borderless since April 2025, Andrew previously held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Investor Relations at CBC Group from August 2022 to April 2025. Prior to this, Andrew was a Managing Director at Marblegate Asset Management, where the firm focused on special situations in middle market companies, and had also led capital formation efforts at Balbec Capital LP and Easterly Capital. Andrew Dempsey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Economics and Finance, along with a second major in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
