Faizah Sayyid is a Full Stack Engineer currently employed at BorderPass since May 2023. Previously, Faizah served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto, where responsibilities included teaching and marking labs for CSC258 and assisting students with computer organization topics. Prior experience includes a Junior Full Stack Engineer role at LiteFarm, contributing to the development of user-centric software features, and a Fullstack Developer Intern position at Techrangle, where Faizah worked on a multi-tiered real estate application. Faizah also volunteered at the Intelligent Adaptive Interventions Lab, developing an app to support mental health initiatives, and worked as a Math and Physics Tutor at A&E Academy, providing academic assistance to students. Earlier roles include serving as a Robotic Pilot Technician at Kindred AI, where contributions improved machine learning accuracy. Faizah is pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Toronto, expected to graduate in 2024.
