Marina Koncani

Marina Koncani is a Human Resources Generalist at Bord na Móna since November 2022, focusing on operational HR support for the Renewable Energy team. Previously, Marina worked as a Senior Global Recruitment Specialist at PulseLearning Global and held various roles at Nua Healthcare Services, including Deputy Recruitment Manager and Team Leader. Experience also includes recruitment consulting at The Noel Group, as well as earlier positions in educational settings, including roles as Programme Coordinator and HR associate. Marina holds a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy and Italian Studies from the University of Split, complemented by undergraduate studies in the same fields and extensive experience in recruitment, education, and HR management.
