Sharon Doyle

Sharon Doyle has extensive work experience in human resources, primarily in leadership roles. Sharon has worked at Bord na Móna since 2008, starting as an HR Advisor and progressing to HR Manager and then Head of HR. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR & Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining Bord na Móna, Sharon worked at Matrix Recruitment Group as a Group HR Generalist/Recruitment Consultant from 2005 to 2008.

Sharon Doyle began their education in 2001 at the National University of Ireland, Galway, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) degree in Human Resource Management in 2004. Afterward, in 2004-2005, they pursued and obtained a Masters of Business Studies degree with a specialization in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Galway. In 2017-2018, Sharon attended the Institute of Project Management and completed a Certified Project Management Diploma.
