Javier Encinas

Javier Encinas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Javier is currently serving as the Chief Operational Officer at Boreal Capital Management, a wealth management services firm. Prior to this, they held various roles at Credit Suisse, including Head Of Client Management Cluster and Client Manager for the Middle East. Javier also worked at BBVA Suiza as the Head of Middle Office Department and held roles in the Back Office and Payment Departments. Javier began their career as a Ground Airport agent at Swissport Handling Spain and also completed a three-month internship at SN Brussels Airline as a Support agent.

Javier Encinas holds a Master's degree in Life and Executive International Coaching from the Instituto de Neurocoaching, which they earned from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed the Erasmus-Socrates Program in Tourism Business Management at SKEMA Business School in 2006. In 2003 to 2006, they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Tourism from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Additionally, Javier has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Wealth Management Advisor from SAQ Swiss Association for Quality in 2021, and they passed Level II of the CFA exam from the CFA Institute in 2013.
