Nikos Koulouras

Nikos Koulouras is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as a Partner at Boreal IM since September 2022. Previously, Nikos held the position of Managing Director - Head of Investments at AEW from March 2015 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director - Co-Head Real Estate at Salamanca Group from July 2008 to February 2015, and as Associate - Real Estate Finance at Merrill Lynch from July 2006 to July 2008. Nikos began their career at ARM Architecture, where the role was Associate Director from November 1996 to February 2003. Academic credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School (2004-2006) and degrees in Architecture (BArch) from RMIT University (1994-1997) and Environmental Design (B EnvDes) from The University of Western Australia (1990-1994).
