Stephanie Perron is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, social services, and administrative support. Currently serving as the Cross Fund Program Manager at Borealis Philanthropy, Stephanie has previously held key roles, including Consultant for The Women's March, Senior Administrative Assistant at Nektar Therapeutics, and Child Welfare Supervisor at Alameda County Social Services Agency. Notably, Stephanie founded an LGBTQ youth community center, managing operations and securing funding, and has a strong history of providing trauma-informed support to vulnerable populations. Stephanie holds an MSW from the University of Michigan and a BA from Antioch College.

We respond promptly to the needs and interests of our partners by staying abreast of changing policy and social landscapes. We educate grantmakers and non-profits organizations on the important role intermediaries play in the philanthropic sector, and endeavor to share our knowledge with the broader field. In carrying out this vision, we ultimately hope to change the way philanthropy works.
