Chantal Laenen has over three decades of experience in various roles within the chemical and polymer industries, currently serving as a Price Specialist at Borealis since April 2002, where responsibilities include managing data for the Vendavo Pricing Tool and maintaining policy tables. Previously held positions at Borealis include Sales Analyst for the Film & Fibre division and Customer Service Team Coordinator, where Chantal played a key role in piloting the Customer Service Center concept and optimizing order management processes. Early career experience includes roles at Borealis Polymers as a Distribution Services Coordinator and at BP Chemicals as a Junior Secretary in the Purchasing Department. Chantal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Secretarial Science and Modern Languages from Hoger Instituut der Kempen and Thomas More University of Applied Sciences.
