Elena Guseva

Elena Guseva is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within global organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in HR IT Solutions at Borealis since September 2020, Elena previously held multiple positions at Japan Tobacco International from April 2011 to January 2020, including Global Leadership Capability Manager and Talent Manager for Global Supply Chain and R&D. Prior to this, Elena worked at GEHA construction engineering as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and at Impulse Trading Company Ltd. as an Import Manager. Elena holds a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Moscow State Forest University and has completed CIPD Qualifications between 2019 and 2020.
