Hannes Rieger

Hannes Rieger has extensive experience in the polymer industry, currently serving as Group Leader Application Hall - Conversion at Borealis since May 2023. Prior to this role, Hannes Rieger was Head of R&D and Development Engineer at ELMET Elastomere Produktions- und Dienstleistungs GmbH from May 2019 to April 2023. Hannes Rieger's academic background includes a Diplom-Ingenieur in Management in Polymer Technologies and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, where studies were completed between 2013 and 2019. Additionally, Hannes Rieger contributed as a Junior Researcher at the Institute of Polymer Injection Moulding and Process Automation at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz from April 2016 to April 2019 and completed an internship at Bosch from October 2013 to March 2016.
