Martin Jakobsson

Martin Jakobsson has extensive experience in the polymer solutions industry, particularly in the Wire and Cable sector. Currently serving as an Application Development & Technical Service Engineer, Senior Product Owner, and Lead Product Owner at Borealis since 2013, Martin specializes in high pressure LDPE and XLPE for energy cables. Prior roles at Borealis included Application Development and Technical Support Engineer, focusing on technical customer relations across Nordic countries, Greece, and Turkey. Martin's earlier experience includes sailing from Sweden to Panama as First Mate and studying Chemical Engineering at Lund University, along with additional leadership education.
