Niels de Bruycker

Niels De Bruycker is a highly experienced technical development manager at Borealis, overseeing studies at the Kallo location for the PDH1 and PP3 production plants since September 2015. With a background in process engineering, Niels has held roles as production supervisor for PDH1, focusing on HSE, quality, energy efficiency, and reliability, and has also served as a process engineer improving plant efficiency through various projects. Niels' earlier experiences include a trainee production engineer position at Zeeland Refinery and a trainee process engineer role at Jacobs. Niels holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, both from Ghent University.
