Matt Weiss is currently the Head of Growth at BoreDM, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Weiss served as a Fellow in the Sustainability Consulting Accelerator at OnePointFive from October to December 2023 and as Program Manager and Technical Account Manager at Coursera from July 2020 to October 2023. In 2022, Weiss was a Fellow in the Climate Technology Accelerator at Climatebase. Weiss's earlier experience includes multiple roles at Morningstar from May 2015 to February 2020, such as Project Manager for Cloud Products, Operational Excellence Specialist, Account Manager for Data Products, and Data Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.
