Emma Siitonen

Emma Siitonen is a Senior Associate lawyer at Borenius in the Real Estate & Energy practice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions with a focus on real estate transactions since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Associate and Thesis Trainee at various firms, and a Legal Counsel secondee for real estate transactions at S-Bank Fund Management. Emma's earlier career includes positions at DLA Piper, Patria, Nordea, and Castrén & Snellman, where responsibilities ranged from corporate law assistance to project management and legal research. Emma holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Stockholm University and the University of Helsinki, having completed studies in 2018. Emma was also a basketball player in the Women’s league (Naisten Korisliiga) for Tapiolan Honka ry from 2012 to 2013.
