Max Malinen

Max Malinen is a Senior Associate Lawyer at Borenius, specializing in Tax, Fund Formation, and Investment Management since April 2018. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Lawyer at Krogerus, providing advice on domestic and international tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, and working as a Tax Consultant at Deloitte Finland, focusing on international personal tax and M&A tax. Max began legal training as a Tax & Legal Trainee at Deloitte Finland and gained early experience as an Assistant Legal Counsel at Asianajotoimisto Intressi Oy. A foundational role as a Trainee at the Prime Minister's Office contributed to a solid understanding of governmental operations. Max holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Helsinki.
