Sampo Viding

Sampo Viding is a Senior Associate at Borenius in Finland since October 2017, specializing in tax advisory and restructuring & insolvency practices, with extensive experience in domestic and international tax matters, transfer pricing, and restructuring projects. Prior to Borenius, Viding served as a Senior Associate at Alder & Sound from January 2014 to September 2017, focusing on tax advisory services and complex transfer pricing engagements. Viding also held positions as an Associate at the University of Turku, Krogerus Attorneys Ltd, and Oy Swot Consulting Finland Ltd, gaining valuable experience in various legal and business analysis roles. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Laws degree, Viding holds a Master of Laws and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Turku, with a focus on corporate, contract, competition, and tax law.
