Teo Virtanen

Teo Virtanen is a Senior Associate at Borenius since April 2021, specializing in capital markets transactions and securities market legislation. Previous roles at Borenius include Associate in Capital Markets and participation in a London rotation. Teo serves as Chair of the Board and Board Member for the housing cooperative Espoon Onnetar and served on the Board of Kaamos Ry, an association for law graduates from the University of Lapland. Prior experience includes positions at Nasdaq as a Regulatory Compliance Administrator and Compliance Analyst, as well as roles at LähiTapiola in insurance, and earlier positions in telemarketing and IT support. Teo holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Lapland, completed in 2017.
