Emmett Jafari Arm

Emmett Jafari, ARM, currently serves as the Community Manager at Borger Residential, overseeing a 234-unit building with a full leasing and maintenance team since August 2012. Prior roles at Borger Residential include Assistant Community Manager, where resident satisfaction was enhanced through effective maintenance prioritization and improved communication, as well as Sales and Leasing Agent, responsible for managing the leasing process for a new 35-unit construction project. Emmett's experience also includes a position as a Sales Representative at The Home Depot, where product knowledge contributed to increased monthly sales. Emmett holds a degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from Old Dominion University, completed in December 2022.
