Ericka Salter Arm

Ericka Salter ARM is an experienced property management professional, currently serving as a Property Manager at Borger Management Inc. since June 2015. In this role, Ericka conducts regular community staff meetings, monitors team performance, and provides feedback for improvement while reviewing financial performance and making recommendations to the Regional Manager. Previously, Ericka held the position of Specialty Leasing Manager at KETTLER from March 2013 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing apartment rentals, maintaining high occupancy rates, implementing marketing strategies, and organizing resident events. Ericka also worked as a Marketing Specialist at Archstone from May 2012 to January 2013, focusing on similar leasing and resident engagement activities. Ericka is an alumnus of Hampton University.
