Jan van Ginkel

Jan van Ginkel is a Director of Operations with a robust background in International Operations, having worked for numerous well-known brands in the FMCG and Service industries over a 30-year career. Since founding vGI b.v. in 2013, Jan has dedicated their efforts to helping leaders unlock their companies' hidden potential through the implementation of Lean methods. Currently, Jan serves as the Director of Operations at Borgesius and holds various leadership positions including Chair of Stichting Freedom & Healing ministries and Chair of the Supervisory Board at Equitas Zorg. Jan's academic foundation includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering from MTS Amersfoort and Business Administration from the University of Groningen, complemented by further studies in Governance Essentials and Management.
