Kemp Collings

Kemp Collings is a Vice President on the Real Estate team at Borgman Capital. Mr. Collings has eight years of commercial real estate experience and is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate acquisitions for the firm. Additionally, he supports real estate initiatives for Borgman’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Borgman Capital, Mr. Collings worked on Investment Advisory teams at Founders 3 in Milwaukee and HFF Capital Markets (later acquired by JLL) in Chicago. Prior to HFF, he spent five years working overseas for Related Companies and the American Chamber of Commerce in China. While working for Related, Mr. Collings spent three years on their capital markets team and raised private equity capital for mixed-use development projects in New York and Florida.

Mr. Collings graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business with a major in Finance and a minor in Mandarin Chinese.
