Giuseppe Cupertino is an experienced professional in the hospitality and wine sectors, currently serving as the Banqueting Manager at Borgo Egnazia since February 2012, overseeing Banqueting and Catering operations while also managing the wine program as Head Sommelier. Giuseppe is the Founder and CEO of Fondazione Italiana Sommelier Puglia, with a past role as Delegato at Associazione Italiana Sommelier from June 2010 to August 2014.
