Emma di Nicola's work experience begins in 2007, where they started as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Emma then transitioned to the role of Senior Consultant at the same company from July 2010 to August 2011. From September 2011 to December 2016, Emma worked as an Accounting expert, specializing in the banking sector's capital adequacy and credit risk, at Finansinspektionen (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority).

In 2017, Emma joined Länsförsäkringar Bank as the Head of Regulation Risk and Capital. Their responsibilities included implementing new and amended regulations related to risk and capital adequacy. Emma also oversaw external and internal reporting and managed the capital bases within the LF group.
