Amanda Karlsson

Amanda Karlsson has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Technical Analyst Lead at BorgWarner since September 2018, where responsibilities include leading technical investigations and root cause analysis within the Drivetrain and Morse Systems departments. Previously, Amanda worked as a Mechanical Test Lead Engineer at BorgWarner, focusing on hydraulic actuator testing. A Master Thesis Student at Volvo Group Trucks Technology, Amanda contributed to the aerodynamic design of centrifugal compressors for heavy-duty truck applications. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at E.ON Sverige, involving control system analysis, and a role as a substitute teacher in Lunds kommun. Amanda holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completed in 2018.
