Arslan Qaiser

Arslan Qaiser is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in electrification controls and motor systems. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at BorgWarner since August 2019, Arslan has held various engineering roles, including Senior Motor Controls Engineer at Hyundai Mobis North America from January 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included model-based development for non-linear steering systems and vibration analysis. Arslan's earlier positions encompassed areas such as fault diagnosis for electrical systems during a graduate research assistantship at Michigan State University, and contributions to motor control algorithm development at Hyundai MOBIS. With a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Michigan State University, Arslan has demonstrated expertise in NVH issues, motor characterization, and the development of innovative control strategies.
