Christian Lauer

Christian Lauer is the Director of Global Manufacturing Engineering at BorgWarner, where they focus on implementing Lean Thinking to enhance processes in both productive and administrative areas. Prior to this role, Christian held various positions at BorgWarner, including Team Leader for Assembly Planning and Senior Manager for Logistics. They earned a Diplom-Ingenieur and a Dr. Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, where they studied from 2001 to 2012.
