Dan Mancia

Dan Mancia is a retired Director of Internal Audit with a robust background in corporate financial management and audit. They served as a Senior Manager in Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2012, leading internal audit engagements across several industries. Dan has held significant roles, including Chief Audit Executive at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company and currently serves as Director of Americas Internal Audit at BorgWarner Inc. They have also contributed to financial controls and change management as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Ford Motor Company from 2000 to 2006. Dan is pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
