Joel Bennat K

Joel Bennat K is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Business Head at BorgWarner since January 2025, Joel previously held the position of Chief Manager at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing from May 2017 to December 2024, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles. Prior to that, from November 1998 to May 2017, Joel was the Manager of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Rane Group, overseeing sourcing, supply chain, supplier quality, and stores. Academically, Joel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Anna University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Production Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai.
