Steve Ells

Steve Ells is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as PMO Lead at BorgWarner since 2020, Steve successfully oversees the integration of Delphi Technologies' enterprise engineering systems. Prior roles include Product Manager for Ford Smart Mobility, where Steve managed connected vehicle products for autonomous and electric vehicles, and Project Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, focusing on optimizing customer care processes and integrating international supply chains. With a foundation in IT Services management at General Dynamics Land Systems and leadership positions at Lowry Solutions and Ford Motor Company, Steve brings a wealth of expertise in project management, systems engineering, and business process re-engineering. Steve holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University and maintains PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
