Prior to BorgWarner, Tony Allen was a Business Unit Manager at BD from September 2003 to July 2006 and worked at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation for nearly a decade as Operations & Plant Manager. Tony Allen holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, in addition to having attended INSEAD and Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford for further education.
