We are intensely passionate about powering and supporting exciting businesses through digital, tech and the world wide web. Born exists to create meaningful business value for its partners through digital products. Our purpose is to intelligently solve problems in the most cost-effective way, and we achieve this by becoming an extended digital technology team — as a key ally of our partners.

We are fueled by a desire to enable extraordinary things to happen, and also by our mission to craft digital products designed for everyone; solutions emphasizing design, accessibility, performance, user experience, security, and ease of use. We believe great applications should work with minimum set up, enabling our partners to focus on sharing their unique story / business.

Our working culture within the group can be described as one where winning is the overriding mentality. This comes through in the day to day behavior of all our members, and it is the standard expected.

There is an ethic that encourages ambition, and one where fearlessly attempting and decoding the unknown is sought after. Our attitude towards new and complex problems is a very courageous one. Curiosity and continual growth and learning are the key foundations our culture stems from.

We seek goal-driven leaders who come in with a fire inside them to make a difference, whose values align with ours, and who need to be part of an exciting future. Persons who see themselves individually as a business, and who want to be in the driving seat while doing what they love.
