Kate Higham

Kate Higham has extensive work experience in operations and facilities management. Kate currently works at Born Social as the Head of Operations, where they are responsible for scaling the company's operations and culture and optimizing systems and processes for efficiency and collaboration. Prior to this, they worked at Splice as the Facilities Director, overseeing the operations and facilities management of three busy facilities. Kate was also recognized for their work there, as Splice was named one of the Best Places to Work in TV by Broadcast Magazine. Kate held various roles at Splice, including Facilities Manager, Office Manager, and Front of House. Their work experience spans from 2013 to the present.

Kate Higham attended Nottingham Trent University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a BA(hons) in Design for Film and Television with a field of study in Design and Applied Arts. Prior to that, they attended Newcastle College from 2008 to 2009 and earned a Foundation Degree in Art and Design. Additionally, they acquired additional certifications, including "Finance for the Non-Financial Manager" from City, University of London in December 2016, and a "Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management" from the Chartered Management Institute in August 2014.
