Alex Aide has worked in a variety of roles in the fields of mental health awareness, video production, and social impact. In 2014, they were a Social Impact Fellow at Propper Daley, where they worked on the "Got Your 6" multiyear collective action campaign. Alex then joined WME (William Morris Endeavor) as a Foundation Associate, where they managed client communications, PR, sponsorships and partnerships, and events. In 2016, they were hired by Cadence Films I Cadence Image as a Production Coordinator/Studio Manager, and also worked as a Staffer for Arianna Huffington's A-Team at HuffPost. In 2017, they joined the Born This Way Foundation as a Program Manager, and was later promoted to Director of Programs and Impact in 2021. In their current role, they lead strategic planning, development, launch, operations, and scale of research-driven, multiplatform programs, and manages a 3-member program management team and a 7-figure internal budget.
Alex Aide attended West Virginia University College of Law from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.). Alex also attended West Virginia University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. Additionally, in February 2022, they obtained a Be There Certificate from the Born This Way Foundation / Jack.org.
