Born2Serve
Philbert Ndagijimana is a Research Intern at the University of Rochester Medical Center since February 2022, specializing in EEG data analysis for detecting biomarkers associated with Parkinson’s disease, autism, and ADHD, contributing to numerous published papers. Additionally, Philbert co-founded Born2Serve, an NGO focused on eradicating poverty in Rwanda by empowering single mothers through entrepreneurial training and mentorship. Previous roles include teaching assistance in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Rochester, data analysis internships at Meta and Insightiv Technologies, and experience as a recruitment assistant and teacher in Rwanda. Philbert is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science with a Biomedical Signals focus at the University of Rochester, building upon a strong educational foundation that includes a gap year program in leadership and a high school diploma in Natural Sciences.

First, B2S Helps single mothers gain financial independence through training, helping them start their own businesses, and providing steady entrepreneurial mentorship. Second, B2S provides financial support to underprivileged talented high school students in Rwanda with a mentorship program to prepare them for a better future
