Shalaka Kirane

Shalaka Kirane is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Borosil Scientific since February 2025. Previously, Shalaka held the position of HR Manager at Ecozen from November 2022 to January 2025, leading the implementation of the OKR framework to enhance organizational goal alignment.
