Michael Shanaman

Michael Shanaman possesses a diverse range of experience in operations leadership, travel management, and human relations. Currently serving as the Third Shift Operations Lead at METRO LOGISTICS, responsibilities include overseeing production and warehouse operations. As the owner of Mishan Travels and an Alternate Human Relations representative for the Borough of Carlisle, Michael Shanaman engages in complaint resolution and community events. Previous positions include Field Operations Specialist and Co-Chairman at Crowley, Inventory Control Specialist at GXO Logistics, and various roles in manufacturing and operations across several companies. Michael Shanaman is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Penn State University.
