Gregory J. Garthe

Gregory J. Garthe, AICP, serves as a Senior Planner for the Borough of State College since May 2019, bringing extensive experience in comprehensive planning and GIS applications. Previously, Gregory held the Senior Planner position at the Centre Region Council of Governments from April 2016 to May 2019, providing planning services to multiple municipalities.
