Jay Hoover

Jay Hoover has extensive experience in information systems, currently serving as a Systems Administrator for the Borough of State College since February 2016, where responsibilities include implementing, supporting, and maintaining on-premises and cloud-based systems for the municipality and regional partners in Central Pennsylvania. Prior to this role, Jay Hoover worked as an Implementation Engineer at Global Tel*Link from July 2014 to February 2016, and held the position of System Administrator at Smith Transport from October 2005 to July 2014.
