James Michael is a dedicated law enforcement professional currently serving as a Police Officer for the Borough of West Chester since January 2021. Previously, James held a similar position at East Fallowfield Township Police from February 2020 to January 2021. Prior to their law enforcement career, James worked as a Donor Ambassador for the American Red Cross from December 2015 to February 2020 and served as an Auxiliary Police Officer while studying at Penn State University from September 2018 to May 2019. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in National Security and a Bachelor of Arts in African Studies, along with a Minor in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, all from Penn State University between 2015 and 2019.
