Georg Jansen

Georg Jansen has a diverse background in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Borregaard since May 2017. Previously, Georg worked at Wärtsilä from August 2013 to April 2017 as a Project Engineer specializing in Electrical, Automations, and Instruments with a focus on technical and R&D environmental solutions related to exhaust gas cleaning. Prior to that, Georg's experience includes a role as a Project Engineer at Kongsberg Maritime, where responsibilities encompassed thruster control systems, from August 2011 to August 2013. Georg began a career in the hospitality industry at Peppes Pizza, where positions ranged from chef to manager over a span of ten years. Georg holds a Master of Science in Cybernetics from UNIK (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in Cybernetics from HiO (2005-2009).
