Kevin Dang

Kevin Dang has been working in the software development industry since 2013. Kevin started their career at Tyco as an AVCS Tester in 2013. In 2015, they joined IBM Canada as a Software Developer Intern, where they were part of the WebSphere Developer Tools Team. Theirrole included developing a variety of developer tools to support IBM WAS, Liberty application servers, and IBM's Cloud platform Bluemix. Kevin also expanded and maintained web based test automation infrastructure working with Java E. E. on the back-end and MySQL database. In 2017, they joined Kanetix Ltd. as a Web Developer. In 2018, they joined Borrowell as a Full Stack Developer and later became a Senior Full Stack Developer and a Machine Learning Engineer.

Kevin Dang attended Northview Heights Secondary School from 2008 to 2012, where they earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma with an Honours Math, Science, and Technology (HMST) concentration. Kevin then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechatronics at McMaster University, which they completed in 2017.
