Nanna Juul Laursen

Nanna Juul Laursen has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of People at Børsen since 2022. Before that, they worked at Topdanmark from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles such as Sekretariatschef - Kultur- og ledelsessekretariat, EA, Executive Assistant & Development Consultant, and Development Consultant. In these positions, they were responsible for establishing a Culture & Leadership Secretariat, providing strategic advice, and building an organizational culture.

Prior to their time at Topdanmark, Nanna worked as a Consultant and Graduate Consultant at intenz from 2017 to 2018. Nanna also gained experience as an HR Student Worker and Intern at William Demant in 2015 and worked as a Project Manager at Copenhagen Business School from 2014 to 2015.

Nanna's work experience also includes a role as a Translatør/guide at Store Verden in 2011, where they ensured a luxury and bush experience for guests. Additionally, they worked as a Værnepligtig at Forsvaret in 2010 and as a Facer at Amnesty International from 2009 to 2010.

Nanna Juul Laursen has a comprehensive education history. Nanna obtained their Master's degree in cand.merc.kom from Copenhagen Business School between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and Organizational Communication at the same institution from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, they also spent a period at Pacific Lutheran University, where they studied Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nanna Juul Laursen has obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they acquired the Insights Discovery certification from Insights. Prior to that, in August 2018, they obtained the Everything DiSC Workplace Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. Nanna also holds a Changesetter certification from Actee, which they obtained in March 2017.
