Steen Bocian

Steen Bocian is an experienced economist currently serving as Økonomisk redaktør og cheføkonom and previously as Perspektivredaktør og cheføkonom at Børsen since May 2018. Prior to this role, Steen was Cheføkonom at Dansk Erhverv from January 2016 to May 2018 and served as Chief economist at Danske Bank from November 2000 to December 2015. Additional experience includes positions as Economist at the Economic Council of the labour movement and the Danish Economic Council (DORS), along with a research assistant role at Danmarks Statistik. Steen obtained a Cand. Polit degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by education at Christianshavns Gymnasium and Sønderbro Skole.
