Paul Naseth

Paul Naseth has extensive experience in sales and management roles. Paul served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Borsheim Crane Service starting in 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Commercial Officer/ Sales Manager at O'Day Equipment from 2016 to 2017 and Operations Manager from 2015 to 2016. Before that, Paul worked at O'Day Tank & Steel LLC as the Sales Manager for over a decade, where they focused on implementing strategies for customer satisfaction, growth, talent development, and margin enhancement. Paul'scareer began in 1996 at Conwood Company, where they served as a Sales Manager until 2004.

Paul Naseth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning and Counseling from North Dakota State University. Paul also attended West Fargo High School for their general studies. In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained various certifications, including Crain Institute of America Overhead Crane Operator, Inspector & Rigger Signalperson, Construction Supervision Fundamentals, and Predictive Index Analyst. Paul has also completed several courses on LinkedIn, covering topics such as mission and vision statements, body language for leaders, business math, sales strategies, and more. Lastly, Paul has certifications from the Petroleum Equipment Institute in overfill prevention, installation of underground liquid storage systems, and installation of aboveground storage systems.
