Samantha Schonfeld is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within both corporate and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Senior Counsel at Bortstein Legal Group since June 2021, Samantha has a strong focus on technology, market data, digital content, privacy, and compliance with global regulations. Previous positions include Associate General Counsel at CLEAR and Deputy General Counsel at SimilarWeb, where the responsibilities included managing legal and business risks in a rapidly growing technology environment. Samantha has also held significant roles at Amplify Education Holding, Deloitte, Lifetime Entertainment Services, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, beginning as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge James T. Giles after earning a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA from Yale University.
