Cemal Tufekci

Cemal Tufekci has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Cemal currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Borusan Otomotiv since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at Arzum Elektrikli Ev Aletleri from October 2015 to April 2020. Cemal also held the role of CFO at Laureate Turkey from September 2011 to September 2015, where they were responsible for financial management and consolidation of multiple entities. Before that, they served as the Finance Director at Ana Gida from July 2009 to September 2011. Cemal also gained valuable experience at Kraft Foods, where they worked in various roles including Controller, Supply Chain, Controller, EEMA Region CS&L Finance, FP&A Manager, and Treasury Manager from April 2003 to July 2009. Their career began at Ernst & Young Turkey, where they worked as an Audit Manager from February 1995 to February 1999.

Cemal Tufekci completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University, which they attended from 1990 to 1995. Cemal then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Yeditepe University, completing it by the year 2000.

Additionally, Cemal Tufekci obtained two certifications. In 2001, they received their SMMM certification from TÜRMOB (Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants of Turkey). Later, in October 2007, they obtained the CMA certification from IMA (Institute of Management Accountants).
